 I’m Jennifer Kilimnik, a facilitator and coach with over 20 years of experience in organizational development and human-centered leadership. I bring a calm, grounded presence that helps teams focus, while also sparking the energy that leaves people feeling engaged and proud of what they’ve accomplished together. Having led in senior roles within large organizations, I understand the pressures of leadership and use that insight to guide groups toward clarity, connection, and meaningful progress.
